I totally enjoyed this book. It was easy to read, and the insights from The Elders are beautiful, great, and life-changing. As I took the time to stop and do some of the exercises, it made a difference. I even recorded myself doing one of the chant exercises which I replay. This book is full of gentle reminders and a map to getting back on track once ready to receive and to move forward in finding your purpose. It gives a gentle nudge to getting back to the original purpose and also tools for learning to embrace, create ease, and flow to experiencing life.

I recommend this book to anyone who is ready to move to the next level.
